Prescription Request

All medication requests will need to be approved by a veterinarian before medications can be dispensed. We need to have seen your pet for the affected condition in the past 6 months, to be able to continue prescriptions. If we have not seen your pet for this condition recently please book an appointment.

If we have any concerns or queries about your prescription request we will call you. Otherwise, you will receive a text message when your medication is ready to be picked up.

Please try to give us 2-3 working days notice if possible, to ensure we have sufficient stock in the clinic.
